My personal story of health is long and complex. I’ve learned a few things about what the body is capable of with focus and training through focus and training. That story will need to be organized.

I wrote these during my attempts to organize around health and well-being before I was adequately aware of the depths of disparities around race and class. I always knew it, but before working on issues of health in Detroit I was, like most, clueless. Now I’m attempting to perpetually learn.
